Anyways, like I said, Brian and I have been married for a month, and we celebrated our one month "anniversary" aaall weekend long. I'm bummed we can't do that every month because it was a lot of fun! Our actual one month mark was on Monday but Brian works late Mondays so we had our anniversary dinner on Friday! It was deelicious and I have to thank my parents for being AWESOME and giving Brian a PFChangs gift card for his birthday, because they totally paid for our dinner! Thank you, parents! We really super appreciate it and it was very tasty and we love you guys!
Well, that was Friday, day one of our weekend celebration! The next night we shared a Footlong from Subway and some cookies with my Subway gift card (thanks again parentals!...I mean Santa!) and then went to the BYU basketball game. Fun night, but that game was so incredibly frustrating, as was the crowd. Yikes. But supposedly that's the worst the BYU crowd has ever been? So says Brian and an article we read... My brothers might beg to differ, though.
Day three was Sunday and our awesome neighbors invited us over for a Chinese feast with another couple from the ward. The neighbor husband and the friend wife both went to Taiwan on their missions, so they knew what they were doing and it was soo good! I've been craving taro tapioca pudding and sausage/vegetable egg rolls ever since. I'm glad they asked me to bring dessert, otherwise they'd be getting Ramen noodles from the package as a side dish. Instead I graced them with Ghirardelli brownie sandwiches with chocolate frosting in the middle. Good thing they like chocolate.
Finally, day four, the one month mark, Brian surprised me and brought home a Little Caesars pizza, as well as delicious Raspberry and Cream Cheese ice cream (my favorite) from the creamery and we watched a movie. Fantastic weekend, right? This whole last month has been wonderful and I'm excited to spend a lot more months with my Brian head!
Even though he is creepy.

I like how I basically said food constitutes a fantastic weekend. That's pretty much all we did to celebrate. But if you know me, you know I love food! Just check out my Pinterest!
